How do I make a reservation with GStar Limousine?
A: You can call our reservation line at 817-776-9307. You can reserve at our website, email your request to info@gstarlimo.com, or fax (
download form) your request to 817-788-6742. Your credit card is needed when making a reservation.

Q:
What forms of payment do you accept?
A: We accept major credit cards, including Visa, Master Card, Discover, American Express, Cashier check, Traveler’s check and Cash.

Q: When do I pay for service?
A: You can pay through the website, you can pay to the driver or we can email or fax you a credit card authorization form for you to complete and then fax or email back to us. Your credit card authorization must be on file to guarantee your reservation.

Q: Can I make changes to my existing reservation?
A: Yes you can before the driver is dispatched.

Q: How much time in advance do I need for a reservation?
A: Reservations are based on availability, and the earlier the better. Requests for morning pickups are encouraged to reserve a night before for Town cars and SUVs, and 4 to 5 hours notice thereafter for weekdays for Town cars and SUVs. Longer notices are required for Stretches and Buses and also depend on availability.

Q: How many passengers can fit in a Town car?
A: Four passengers.

Q: What is your minimum hourly requirement?
A: There is a 3 hour minimum in most cases during weekdays, like night out on the town (Town cars & SUVs). There is a 4 hour minimum on weekends (Town cars & SUVs). There is a 6 hour minimum during proms season, holidays, special events (Town cars & SUVs).

Q: Is smoking allowed in your cars?
A: No smoking is allowed in all our vehicles. If you are renting on an hourly basis, the Chauffeur can stop at a convenient location at your request for you to have a smoke.

Q: What is your cancellation policy?
A: You will need to cancel your reservation for a Town car or SUV 4 hours before scheduled pickup for a no charge. There will be a full charge if cancelled less than 4 hours of scheduled pickup. Stretches and Buses require 72 hours cancellation before scheduled pickup for a no charge, and less than 72 hours cancellation before scheduled pickup will be charged in full.

Q: Is there an additional charge for late hours?
A: There is an additional service charge of 20% on all runs between 11:00pm and 5:00am. All airport runs will include toll charge of $5.00. There is a $10.00 fee for each extra stop for transfers including different terminals.
